SUMMARY

Assists hotel sales department with various administrative and sales duties.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

+ Answers hotel phones, greets visitors and provides information as requested for the sales office.

+ Distributes incoming mail and processes outgoing correspondence including shipments through UPS, Fed Ex, etc.

+ Maintains hotel sales office files and ensures that sales office is kept neat and clean and that business center is fully stocked.

+ Prepares hotel sales reports as directed and updates reader boards.
