About the role

The Household Team Leader provides hands-on leadership to ensure cleaning and laundry services meet clinical, operational, and infection prevention standards. The role combines daily service coordination, people leadership, and quality oversight, with the ability to step into operational duties when required. Working closely with clinical teams, the Team Leader supports safe, respectful, and culturally responsive environments for patients, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

Service Delivery & Leadership

  • Coordinate daily workflows and staffing to meet clinical needs
  • Respond proactively to changes in demand, patient flow, and risk
  • Ensure SOPs, cleaning standards, and infection prevention practices are followed
