- Support the Housekeeping Executive in overseeing daily housekeeping activities.
- Assist with the administrative tasks and planning related to housekeeping operations.
- Clean guest rooms, workspaces, and equipment.
- Ensure cleanliness is upheld within the work environment.
- Capable of addressing guest inquiries and complaints.
- Willing to take on special assignments and related tasks as needed.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Deliver services that meet the quality standards established by the hotel.
- Applicants should possess SPM, Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in hospitality or hotel management.
- Have 1-3 years of experience in the housekeeping department or related sectors.
- Strong proficiency in both written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills with guests, colleagues, and supervisors. <...
