  • Support the Housekeeping Executive in overseeing daily housekeeping activities.
  • Assist with the administrative tasks and planning related to housekeeping operations.
  • Clean guest rooms, workspaces, and equipment.
  • Ensure cleanliness is upheld within the work environment.
  • Capable of addressing guest inquiries and complaints.
  • Willing to take on special assignments and related tasks as needed.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Deliver services that meet the quality standards established by the hotel.
  • Applicants should possess SPM, Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in hospitality or hotel management.
  • Have 1-3 years of experience in the housekeeping department or related sectors.
  • Strong proficiency in both written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English.
