Job Description

The Housekeeping Head will manage, lead by example, and work with the housekeeping team in making sure that the facilities and indoor areas are well‑kept, clean, properly maintained, and welcoming. This is to prolong the life of these areas, prevent deterioration, control costs, and make sure they are pleasing to be in for guests & visitors.

We are looking for a head who will take ownership of the following:

• Lead and train the housekeeping team to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and presentation across the georeserve
• Exercise detail‑orientedness, resourcefulness and operations management in her role
• Lead waste management and zero waste management practices
• Monitor and adjust cleaning and maintenance schedules of facilities
• Supervise training of housekeeping trainees with a comprehensive program
