Position Overview

Trump International Hotel & Tower® Chicago is seeking an experienced and service-driven Housekeeping Manager to join our Forbes Five-Star luxury hotel team.

This leadership role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Housekeeping Department, ensuring exceptional cleanliness standards, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency throughout the property. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a passion for luxury hospitality, strong team development skills, and a commitment to delivering world-class service.

Reporting to the Director of Housekeeping and Assistant Director of Housekeeping, the Housekeeping Manager will lead and support a large team while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest experience.
