Position Summary

The Housekeeping Manager is the day-to-day operational leader of housekeeping team, responsible for ensuring that every common area, amenity space, and tenant-adjacent environment is maintained at a standard that reflects the building's Class X positioning.

This is a hands-on leadership role: you lead by example, hold your team accountable to measurable standards, and take personal ownership of the building's presentation quality. At the company, the lobby is not clean unless it is immaculate - and your team delivers on that every single day.
