Job Description
**Your day to day**
• Clean and prepare guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and polishing
furniture and fixtures.
• Ensure that bathrooms are clean and stocked with towels, toiletries, and other essentials.
• Replenish guest room supplies, including towels, linens, and amenities.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
• Respond to guest requests and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness in all areas of the hotel, including guest rooms, hallways, and
common areas.
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures, including using proper cleaning chemicals and
equipment.
• Attend to special requests from guests, such as providing extra pillows or blankets, or arranging
for transportation or other services.
