Job Description
Key Responsibilities - Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff on daily operations
- Inspect rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness standards are met
- Assign duties and manage staff deployment efficiently
- Train new staff and provide on-the-job guidance
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Report maintenance issues and follow up on rectification
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety and hygiene standards
Requirements - Minimum 1–2 years of housekeeping supervisory experience
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good leadership and communication skills
- Physically fit and able to perform operational duties when required
- Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
