As a Housekeeping Team Leader, you play a critical role in ensuring that our cleaning services meet the highest standards. You will lead the Housekeeping team, lead onboarding and training, ensure the safe and efficient use of cleaning equipment by conducting regular inspections and maintenance. In addition you ensure the customer’s expectations and our operations meet.

Requirements

• Experience in housekeeping and team leadership
• A reliable, dedicated and detail‑oriented approach to work
• Good organizational and interaction skills
• Ability to lead and motivate a team
• Fluent English or Finnish language skills, other language skills are a plus
