Job Description

• Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations.
• Lead, train, assist and motivate housekeeping staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness and client satisfaction.
• Prepare work schedules and duty rosters to ensure adequate staffing.
• Conduct regular inspections of patient rooms and public areas to maintain standards. Handle guest complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain housekeeping inventory and requisition supplies as needed.
• Perform various cleaning duties in instances of staff shortages.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor / Team Leader
• Strong leadership and people-handling skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours.
