Our client is looking for an experienced Housing Advice Officer

Assess housing needs and to provide a flexible, responsive and comprehensive housing advice service to persons in housing need, with an emphasis on the prevention of homelessness.

Receive, assess and control homelessness applications, in accordance with the council’s stated policies and procedures and statutory requirements.

Contribute towards meeting the aims and objectives of the Council’s homelessness strategy and help to further develop the policies and procedures of the service in accordance with statutory requirements.
