Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update employee records, personnel files, and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality
  • Support recruitment activities including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparation of employment documents and orientation arrangements.
  • Administer employee benefits, leave records, insurance matters, and staff claims.
  • Handle work pass administration (application, renewal, cancellation) in compliance with MOM requirements.
  • Handle general office administration such as office supplies, vendor coordination, and document filing.
  • Undertake ad‑hoc administrative or HR tasks assigned by the HR Manager or management.
