Role Summary

The HR & Administration Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing the full spectrum of Human Resources and Administration functions to support business objectives and organizational growth. This role will drive talent management, employee engagement, performance management, policy development, compliance, industrial relations, and administrative operations while fostering a positive and high-performance work culture. The incumbent will also ensure compliance with employment legislation, audit requirements, and corporate governance standards.
