Manage the full-cycle recruitment process to attract and retain top talent in Singapore, from job posting and sourcing to onboarding and orientation. HR Operations:
Oversee HR operations including payroll processing, compensation and benefits administration, and employee record management, ensuring full compliance with local regulations. Compliance & Policy:
Ensure strict adherence to the Singapore Employment Act, CPF regulations, and other local labor laws; maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and the employee handbook. Performance & Relations:
