. Handle all HR administrative duties
. Manage work pass applications and renewals, employee levy, etc
. Maintain employee leave records and attendance tracking
. Handle insurance claims processing
. Coordinate training and skills development course applications
. Process payroll for blue-collar workers (Headcount: approx. 150)
. Update and maintain employee personal records and HR database
. Maintain ISO documentation and training records
. Prepare and generate monthly HR and operational reports
. Manage office supplies inventory and procurement
. Arrange daily lunch ordering for staff
. Provide receptionist coverage when required
. Perform ad-hoc administrative duties including email handling and document preparation (training provided)
