Recruitment

  • Manage the end-to-end of the hiring process (preparing job descriptions, posting ads, doing preliminary screening and interviews, presenting eligible candidates to the hiring manager, doing background check on candidates, etc.)
  • Ensure proper onboarding of new hires

Employee Relations and Performance

  • Be the primary point of contact for employee relations issues, including grievances, disciplinary actions, conflict resolution, and other HR-related queries
  • Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
  • Conduct HR administrative due process and prepare necessary correspondences
  • Evaluate employee performance and competence at work (includes monitoring and supervision of personnel)
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback for continuous improvement
