Job Description

HR AND ADMINOFFICER Roles & Responsibilities
  • Work closely with HR Manager and team to ensure smooth operation in HR matters
  • Maintaining employee database & P-filing
  • Prepare employment contracts, addendum, HR letters and correspondences
  • Administer employee leaves and claims
  • Coordinate with production and deployment
  • Handle Entry passes for the yard
  • Assist to attend to phone calls and other ad-hoc duties.
Job Requirement
  • No working experience required
  • Minimum Educational level: 'O' Level
  • Possess positive attitude and good adaptability
  • Organized & Meticulous
  • Good interpersonal, communication and coordinating skills
  • Able to work well in a team, fast‑paced environment and under pressure
  • Able to handle private and confidential matters at all times
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
