Provide necessary support for all human resource functions
Prepare or maintain employment records related to events, such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions
Process, verify, and maintain personnel related documentation, including staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, classifications, and employee leaves of absence
Schedule or conduct new employee orientations
Explain company personnel policies, benefits, and procedures to employees or job applicants
Gather personnel records from other departments or employees
Search employee files to obtain information for authorized persons and organizations, such as hospitals or ministries
Assist with work pass application and renewal documentation and process
Assist with workplace insurance and WICA-related documentation and process
Management of foreign migrant work force that predominately speaks Tamil and Bengali
