Key Responsibilities Human Resource Management - Manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits.
- Handle employee confirmations, promotions, transfers, disciplinary matters, and terminations.
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook guidelines.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Address employee grievances and support a positive workplace culture.
