Job Description
Support human resources operations with Aecon as an HR Administrator. Focus on onboarding, payroll, and HRIS management while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality throughout the employee lifecycle.
In this 15-month contract role, you’ll coordinate the onboarding and offboarding processes, including all necessary documentation and system updates. Ideal candidates have a strong HR background and 1-2 years of relevant experience, ensuring all HR transactions are handled efficiently and accurately. You’ll also partner with Payroll to resolve issues and improve HR processes for maximum efficiency.
