Your new role
As HR Advisor, you will provide high-quality, practical HR guidance to senior leaders and line managers across a broad generalist remit. You will take ownership of employee relations casework, support recruitment and selection activity, advise on policy and procedure, and contribute to HR projects that strengthen consistency, capability and outcomes across the organisation. Working closely with stakeholders and representative bodies, you will help ensure decisions are fair, compliant and aligned with best practice and organisational standards.
