The Senior HR Analyst will lead advanced people analytics, workforce insights, and strategic reporting to support data-driven HR and business decisions. This role partners closely with HR Leadership, HRBPs, and business stakeholders, translating complex HR data into actionable insights and influencing organizational strategy.

Advanced HR Analytics & Insights

• Lead analysis of complex HR datasets across talent acquisition, attrition, performance, compensation, engagement, and workforce planning.
• Design predictive and diagnostic analytics to identify trends, risks, and future workforce needs.
