Qualifications
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management, Psychology, Business Administration, Statistics, Industrial Engineer.
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and workforce data (e.g., turnover, hiring, engagement)
- Proficient in Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, charts); experience in data handling is an advantage
