Responsibilities

  • Maintaining a database, ensuring that records are complete and current
  • Recording information, processing and filing forms
  • Facilitate collection schedule to clients and bank transactions
  • Preparing checks, deposits, check vouchers, telegraphic, SOA and other financial reports
  • Knowledgeable in government mandated contributions and online filing
  • Ensuring Finance Department runs smoothly and efficiently
  • Prepare monthly report
  • Administer permits and annual activities of the company
  • Assist DTR and payroll process
  • Prepare contracts, training needed and execute company orientation
  • Facilitate medical assistance, supplies, gas, RFID, OB forms, company vehicle PMS, bookings and flights and visa
  • Prepare and monitor letters, memos and utilities
  • Prepare monthly report as needed
