Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR / Admin functions and duties.
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to the team and process existing company benefits as necessary in accordance with existing policies and procedures.
  • Assist in Government Mandated Benefits - SSS, Philhealth & HDMF
  • Assist in processing pre-employment requirements of candidates;
  • Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
  • Assist in maintenance of 201 files and other HR-related documents.
  • Perform other admin-related tasks as may be assigned by the Immediate Superior.
  • Must be detailed oriented, organized and have good people skills

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field
  • At least 1 year of relevant work experience is preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
