Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

 Manage end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, shortlisting,

scheduling interviews, issuing offer letters.

 Maintain and track employee attendance, leaves, and holiday schedules across

all sites using appropriate tools/systems.

 Provide data on attendance, new joinees, resignations/terminations to Payroll

Service Provider on a timely and accurate basis for payroll processing

 Ensure compliance with all HR-related statutory obligations such as PF, ESI,

Gratuity, Shops & Establishments Act, etc.

 Handle employee grievances in a sensitive and professional manner and ensure

timely resolution.

 Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and other HR documentation

as per legal standards.

 Support in employee engagement initiatives, onboarding, induction, and exit

formalities.
