Reboot Monkey is a global datacenter services provider headquartered in Haarlem, Netherlands. The role focuses on building a robust hiring pipeline across the Americas to support our 24/7 recruitment operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full hiring pipeline for all open roles in Recruitee – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing offers.
• Write and post accurate job descriptions, improving on existing ones.
• Screen CVs, reject unqualified candidates quickly, and move qualified candidates forward.
• Conduct first‑stage screening calls to assess fit, availability, and English fluency.
• Coordinate trial tasks, score results against a rubric, and communicate outcomes.
• Own onboarding for every new hire: send credentials, schedule the first week, and run the orientation call.
