Key Responsibilities
- Support training administration, registrations, scheduling, and coordination activities
- Maintain accurate training records and ensure documentation is updated and compliant with regulatory requirements
- Process training-related submissions, claims, and supporting documentation
- Coordinate with educational institutions and stakeholders on internship and learning initiatives
- Support learning systems, platforms, and regional training processes
- Prepare documents for audits, reporting, and compliance requirements
- Assist with process improvements, workflow enhancements, and administrative support
- Handle ad-hoc HR and administrative duties as assigned
