Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Handle data entry and maintain employee records.
  • Manage dormitory arrangements and worker matters.
  • Prepare payroll, attendance, and leave records.
  • Assist with work permit and site pass documentation.
  • Maintain proper filing and HR administrative documents.
  • Liaise with workers, supervisors, and external parties on HR matters.
REQUIREMENT
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Human Resources or equivalent and above with 2-3 years relevant working experience.
  • Proficient in MS Excel & Word.
  • Good interpersonal skills, independent, pro-active, meticulous and fast learner.
  • Has initiative, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Transportation pick- up services will be provided at Kranji, Choa Chu Kang & Pioneer.
  • 5 working days.
