Key Responsibilities Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and induction of security guards Maintain employee records, contracts, and guard deployment schedules Process attendance records and administer of leave Handle and process payroll data Initiate disciplinary processes Ensure compliance with labour laws and industry security regulations Handle employee queries, and welfare support Requirements Requirements At least a Certificate in HR Management (CHRP ongoing is a plus) At least 6 months of internship in HR Proficient in MS Excel and HR record-keeping Able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality Resident in Nairobi Benefits We Offer Competitive salary based on experience Training & development opportunities A supportive, growing SME environment
