Role Purpose The HR Assistant provides administrative and operational support to the Human Resources department, ensuring effective delivery of HR services across the mine. The role supports recruitment, employee records, payroll inputs, training administration, and compliance with labour legislation and company policies, contributing to a stable and productive workforce. Key Responsibilities HR Administration & Records Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date employee files and HR records (physical and electronic). Capture and update employee data on HR and payroll systems.
