Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Assistant to support daily human resources operations. This role will assist with employee records, onboarding, benefits administration, scheduling, and general HR coordination. The ideal candidate is organized, detail oriented, and able to handle sensitive information with discretion. You will be working Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities:
+ Support onboarding and new permanent paperwork
+ Maintain employee files and HR records
+ Assist with benefits enrollment and HR administration
+ Schedule interviews and coordinate recruiting activities
+ Respond to employee questions regarding HR policies and procedures
+ Help prepare reports, letters, and other HR documents
+ Support payroll and timekeeping processes as needed Ensure confidentiality of employee information
Requirements
+ 1+ years of human resources experience preferred
