Job Description


Responsibilities:
  • Support recruitment activities for US Staffing requirements.
  • Screen and shortlist candidate profiles.
  • Coordinate interviews with candidates and internal teams.
  • Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.
  • Assist in onboarding and HR documentation.
  • Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules and updates.
    • Requirements:
  • Good communication skills in English.
  • Basic knowledge of recruitment processes.
  • Ability to work in night shift (US timings).
  • Good coordination and organizational skill.
    • Qualification:
  • Any Degree.
  • MBA (HR) Preferred.
