Key Areas of Responsibilities
Supporting the Senior HR Business Partner in terms of the employee lifecycle management including:
Onboarding, Offboarding and Transfer Processes Collating documents from new hires and transfer staff for the onboarding process Organizing HR induction sessions Initiating preemployment checks, reviewing and coordinating to resolve discrepancies to ensure the checks can be signed off in a timely manner Coordinating the relocation of transferring staff including coordination of the relocation provider quote process, airfare booking, and reserving temporary accommodation Liaising with Compliance and other departments as required for a smooth onboarding of new hires and transferred staff Coordinating the offboarding process, including liaising with leavers on their leave balance and ensuring all paperwork are completed before the payroll cut-off date
