Robert Half is partnering with a growing organization to hire an HR Benefits Specialist. This role is the go-to resource for employees when it comes to benefits, leave, and HR policies, blending administration, compliance, and employee support in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

+ Administer employee benefits (medical, dental, vision, life, retirement)

+ Manage enrollments, qualifying life events, and open enrollment

+ Serve as the main contact for employee benefit questions

+ Handle FMLA, ADA, and other leave processes end-to-end

+ Maintain accurate data in HRIS and benefits systems

+ Support handbook updates and policy compliance

+ Monitor employment law changes and coordinate updates
