HR Business Partner provides solutions and advice to internal customers on areas relating to staffing, employee relations and engagement, talent management as well as reviewing HR policies and processes.
ResponsibilitiesCommunicate, co-operate and collaborate with respective Business Units, their functional managers and their staff to enhance individual and team effectiveness, as well as assist the local HR team in the on-going improvement, development and implementation of the HR strategy and processes within Singapore operations.
Any other ad-hoc duties as required or assigned.
