Our client is a dynamic, rapidly growing Australian business dedicated to innovation and excellence in their sector. Currently sitting at a headcount of roughly 100 employees, they are experiencing an exciting phase of scaling up, with plans for potential global expansion over the next year.

We are looking for an operational and commercially minded People and Culture Partner to act as a trusted advisor to leadership. Reporting directly to the Head of People and Culture, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening leader capability across the entire employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with leaders to create and run structured, efficient processes.
  • Oversee end-to-end people processes from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring consistent practices and maintaining accurate data within the HRIS.
