HR Business Partner
to join the People & Culture team in Bilbao, Madrid or Portugal, in a hybrid format.
What You’ll Do:
Act as a strategic partner to business managers, supporting them in people management and implementation of HR policies and processes.
Identify and address people-related needs, proposing and implementing solutions aligned with corporate guidelines.
Support the rollout of HR initiatives and projects, ensuring effective implementation and follow-up.
