  • 4 – 7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 1 year in a true HRBP seat — not HR admin, not systems, real business partnership

  • Direct experience supporting EPDD or R&D teams — engineers and PMs came to you, not around you
  • ,
  • Real advisory instincts: you've shaped decisions, not just supported them, through pattern recognition, data, insights, and strong instincts
  • ,
  • Proven experience managing leave programs and immigration cases — you know the details and don't drop the ball
  • ,
  • Genuine AI fluency — you've built or improved a workflow with AI, measured the impact, and want to go further
  • ,
  • Strong Canadian & US employment law knowledge
  • ,
  • HRIS experience (Rippling preferred)
  • ,
  • Toronto-based and energized by in-person collaboration — Tues/Wed in office minimum
