Strategic Support for Managers
Advise medical and administrative team leaders on personnel management and HR issues. Participate in strategic decisions related to team organization.
Talent Management
Identify recruitment needs for key positions (doctors, medical staff, administrative staff). Support staff training and skill development to ensure service quality.
Performance and Engagement
Monitor and analyze HR indicators: turnover, employee satisfaction, performance. Propose actions to improve team engagement and motivation.
