The Role
We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team in the Philippines. As an integral member of the HR team, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to Ecosa, ensuring compliance with Philippine labour laws, and implementing HR programs and policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that align with Ecosa's business objectives and values
- Partner with hiring managers to calibrate job requirements and interview criteria, ensuring the recruitment team is searching for the right skills and cultural fit from day one
- Partner with department heads on strategic workforce planning; proactively identifying talent gaps and resource requirements to ensure the organizational structure is built for scale and operational excellence
