Qualifications

Education and Specific Training

  • Matric / Equivalent
  • HR Degree/Diploma (Essential)
  • Absence Management Experience

Work Experience

  • A minimum of 12 months in a HR role within the Contact Centre Industry – Essential
  • 3 – 5 years’ experience as a Human Resource Business Partner
