**Job Summary**

Reporting to the HR Manager at Michigan Medicine and operating within the HR Business Partner Service Delivery Model, the HR Business Partner plays a vital role in the comprehensive delivery of high-quality HR services throughout the health system. The Senior HR Business Partner performs all the duties of HR Business Partner (HRBP) plus the duties listed below.

**Responsibilities***

+ Provide coaching and mentorship to HR Business Partners, encouraging self-sufficiency, leveraging HR contemporary and best practices, and enhancing overall individual and team performance and impact. In partnership with the HR Manager, provide advice and counsel to assigned HR Business Partners as needed.
