Job Summary:
The HR Business Partner is primarily responsible for the provision of professional, technical, and administrative support on human resource management concerns such as recruitment, training and development, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, employee discipline, career planning and management.
Job Responsibilities:
- Align HR functions with the company’s vision, policies, and core values; coordinate with management and departments on HR policies and procedures.
