This is a high-impact contract role requiring hands-on experience in unionized environments, grievance management, and formal labour documentation. The successful candidate will work closely with HR leadership to support negotiations, manage ER/LR matters, and ensure accurate tracking and reporting across multiple collective agreements. This role requires someone who can hit the ground running, operate independently, and deliver in a fast-paced, highly accountable environment.
