HR Business Partner
Daftcode is a technology group driven by an analytical approach to business. As a venture builder, it creates, scales and invests in startups in such areas as Deep Tech, FinTech, InsurTech, Cyber Security and Blockchain, among others. The company offers its startups tech and business support, which facilitates market launch and growth of new companies.
Currently, we are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner who will be a dedicated partner for 1–3 product and technology teams. In this role, we move away from pure administration to focus on being the primary human contact for both leaders and employees whenever they face challenges or seek opportunities for growth.
