- Supports leaders in designing the employee strategy for their respective area of responsibility
- Acts as HR Business Partner to assigned area of responsibility in HR related matters
- Acts as an interface to all HR departments for HR-related topics
- Organizes the relevant information for Annual Salary Increase, personnel planning as FTE and personnel costs
- Supports strategic workforce planning
- Assigns the personnel selection process internally and externally to HR recruiting and supports contract negotiations and the onboarding process if necessary
