This is a 12‑month fixed‑term assignment focused on improving the accuracy, completeness, and usability of HR documentation and employee‑facing content. The role will begin with a defined, execution‑focused compliance project and transition into broader ownership of HR content inventory, gap remediation, and content publishing. The role requires strong English written communication skills, comfort working cross‑functionally with HR subject matter experts, and the ability to turn complex or fragmented HR inputs into clear, consistent content for the employee intranet. While the role does not require deep expertise in ADI HR policies, it does require judgment, collaboration, and attention to accuracy to ensure content is represented correctly. The role is expected to be based in the Philippines and will work closely with global HR teams.
