Description
• Daily attendance tracking
• FMLA tracking & administration report
• Talent Acquisition support – create schedule for interviews and prepare documentation for interviews.
• Onboarding/Orientation support – prepare packets, schedule/coordinate new hire orientations, and organize documentation. Conduct HR orientation presentation.
• Insurance enrollment/billing administration – term/hire/leave notifications.
• Employee support – assist with employee requests, answer employee phone calls, etc.
• Back up support for front desk/phone
• Support HR with other projects and tasks as assigned
