We’re looking for a hands‑on HR Coordinator or HR Specialist to join our HR team in Espoo or Tampere. In this role, you’ll help keep our HR operations running smoothly from payroll inputs and documentation to onboarding, benefits, and everyday employee support. This is a practical, impactful role where your attention to detail and proactive approach make a real difference. Depending on your experience, the position can be scoped as either HR Coordinator or HR Specialist, but the core of the role is strongly operational.
